ABA Therapist
Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Provide ABA and behavioral therapy with individuals in their home and/or community setting(s).

Teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through ABA principles.

Implement Behavior Plans and accurately document data collection.

Engage in and ensure client safety.

Maintain confidentiality of all clients and professional conduct at all times.

Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Education / Qualifications

High School degree or equivalent
-
Preferred: Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Preferred: Experience working with children with autism/special needs

Must be available afternoons, evenings and Saturdays.

Must be able to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations.

Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver's license, good driving record, proper auto insurance and vehicle registration.
